Terms of Service

You must contact me to discuss the commission before offering payment. IF you send payment via PayPal or some other means without coming to an agreement with me first, your commission may be revoked. Your money will be refunded in this instance.

I reserve the right to refuse commissions that I am not comfortable working on.

Commissions are for personal use only unless otherwise discussed

You may NOT use my artwork, commissioned or otherwise, for NFT's, AI training, crypto, or to promote illegal activities.

I reserve the right to use any commissioned artwork as portfolio/example pieces unless you request otherwise.

Commissions are nonrefundable after you approve the finalized sketch.

50% of the agreed upon commission price must be paid up front. The second half will be due after the piece is finished. I will not send you the final, hi-rez image to you until you are paid in full

I can ship the original image to you for an extra $5 if you live within the US. Physical images are around 5.5x8.5in.
